Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's one of the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. She is of English-Scottish descent.
